China Railway Construction Corporation (01186) announced that the Board of Directors has approved the nomination of Mr. Chen Zhiming as a candidate for executive director of the company. The term will start from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting and will be the same as the term of the sixth Board of Directors of the company.
