Yifan Transmission (301023.SZ) announcement, the company intends to purchase 87.07% equity of Beijing Heli Time Motor Technology Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Heli Time") in cash. Before this transaction, the company did not hold any shares of the target company. After the completion of the transaction, the company will become the controlling shareholder of the target company, and the target company will become a subsidiary of the company.
