Jiangnan Yifan Motor (301023.SZ) announced that the company plans to purchase 87.07% equity of Beijing Heli Times Motor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Heli Times") in cash. Before the transaction, the company did not hold any shares of the target company; after the transaction is completed, the company will become the controlling shareholder of the target company, and the target company will become a subsidiary of the company.
