EVA HOLDINGS (00838) subsidiary granted up to HK$300 million in regular loan financing.

EVA HOLDINGS (00838) announced that on January 19, 2026, the borrower (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a financing agreement with BANK OF E ASIA Limited dated January 9, 2026. Under the financing agreement, the bank has agreed to provide the borrower with a term loan financing of up to HK$300 million, which must be repaid according to the repayment schedule specified in the financing agreement, with the final repayment date being three years from the date of the last drawdown.
