Ltd. jointly announced that at 4:00 pm on January 16, 2026 (Friday), the offeror and its concerted parties have received acceptance of 2.516 billion non-related party shares (representing approximately 42.13% of the total issued share capital of the Company and approximately 95.56% of all non-related party shares as at the date of the preliminary announcement) under the offer. Accordingly, the offeror and the Company are pleased to announce that on January 16, 2026 (Friday), the conditions for delisting acceptance have been met.
