As far as the directors are aware, as of the date of this announcement, the Group indirectly owns shares in Galaxy through the Starlight New Economy Industry Fund 2 Limited Partnership (Industry Fund). The Company's related parties are general partners of the Industry Fund, and the Company holds a 16% limited partnership interest in the Industry Fund.
