Bao Cheng (02378) announced that Sir Douglas Flint will be appointed as a non-executive director and chairman designate, and will succeed Shriti Vadera as Chairman of the Board after the company's annual general meeting on May 28, 2026. Shriti Vadera will retire from the Board on the same day, having completed her six-year term.

PRU (02378) announced that Sir Douglas Flint will be appointed as a non-executive director and chairman-designate, and will take over as chairman of the board after the company's shareholder annual meeting on May 28, 2026, replacing Shriti Vadera. Shriti Vadera will retire from the board on the same day, completing her six-year term. Sir Douglas Flint is expected to join the board in March (pending regulatory approval) in order to facilitate a smooth transition before Shriti's departure. He will also join the nominations and governance committee and the remuneration committee.
