China Rare Earth Resources and Technology (00769) announced that the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee have received a resignation letter from Tianjian DeYang Certified Public Accountants LLP (Tianjian DeYang) dated December 24, 2025, regarding their resignation as the company's auditor, effective from December 24, 2025. After recommendation and suggestion from the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Zheng Zheng Certified Public Accountants LLP (Zheng Zheng) as the company's external auditor, effective from January 2, 2026, to fill the vacancy left by Tianjian DeYang's resignation, with a term lasting until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
