CH AGRI-PROD EX (00149) announced that Ms. Luo Xuying, an executive director, has been reassigned as a non-executive director, effective from January 2, 2026. After the reassignment, Ms. Luo has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and no longer serves as a member of the executive committee, effective from January 2, 2026. Following Ms. Luo's reassignment, Mr. Liang Ruihua will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee. He will continue to serve as an executive director, CEO, legal representative, and member of the executive committee of the company.
