Yongjia Group (03322) announced that Mr. Li Junhao has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. Ma Jiajun has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Audit Committee under the board of directors; and Ms. Zhou Peilian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of the Audit Committee under the board of directors, effective from January 2, 2026.
