Bright Creative Holdings (08066) announced that due to the inability to reach an agreement on audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025 with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the company intends to replace the auditor. Therefore, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 30, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors further announced that they have decided to appoint KPMG (Hong Kong) as the company's new auditor, effective December 31, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, with a term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board further announces that it has decided to appoint Guangshen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Ltd. (Guangshen Hong Kong) as the company's new auditor, effective from December 31, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy left by Deloitte's resignation, until the end of the company's upcoming annual general meeting.
