INNOSCIENCE (02577) rose nearly 15% in the last trading session, up 14.39% as of the time of writing, to 77.5 Hong Kong dollars with a trading volume of 7.29 billion Hong Kong dollars. On the news front, recently, NXP officially confirmed the closure of its "Echo" wafer fab located in Chandler, Arizona, USA. The fab is set to produce its final batch of wafers in the first quarter of 2027 before shutting down. TSMC made the decision to gradually withdraw from GaN foundry services in July 2025, planning to fully cease GaN foundry services by mid-2027. It is worth noting that NVIDIA recently announced partnerships with more than ten companies including CoreWeave and Oracle, aiming to prepare for ultra-high density computing environments with a DC power architecture of 800 volts and a single cabinet power density of 1 megawatt (MW). As early as August of this year, INNOSCIENCE was the only Chinese chip company to be included in NVIDIA's list of partners for the 800V DC power architecture, providing a full-chain gallium nitride solution for its AI data center and helping to break through the power density of a single cabinet to over 300kW.
