Peterson has been appointed as an independent non-executive director; Ms. Gu Yi has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee and has resigned as a member of the remuneration committee; Mr. Deng Yihai has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee; and Dr. Ye Lin has resigned as a member of the nomination committee.
