China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation (01880) announced that on December 26, 2025, the company received a "Winning Notification" from China International Tendering Co., Ltd., confirming that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Duty Free (Group) Co., Ltd., was awarded the bid for the 01 section of the duty-free project at Beijing Capital International Airport. The bid amount is: a guaranteed operating fee of RMB 480 million in the first year, with a sales commission rate of 5% in the first year. The operating period is from the start date specified in the contract to February 10, 2034 (not exceeding 8 years). After signing the above project, the company's channel advantages at domestic core airports will be further enhanced, which will be beneficial in meeting the diverse shopping needs of inbound and outbound travelers, improving the diversified duty-free shopping experience, and promoting high-quality development of airport duty-free business.
