("Radio and Television Digital Technology") at a price of 6.043 million yuan and sign a related transfer agreement. The transferred project is a product developed by Tianqing Digital based on the business needs of the Shenzhen Futian District Government Data Bureau. The fixed assets of the project include 17 electronic and office equipment, in good operating condition and well-maintained; intangible assets include 5 software copyrights, 5 patents, and project source code, design manuals - Virtual Employee White Paper for Government Halls.
