Henan Qingshuiyuan Technology (300437.SZ) announced that, in order to meet the strategic development needs of the company, further focus on the main business, improve asset structure, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the quality of company development, the company plans to adjust related businesses and transfer the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiyuan City Siweida Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Siweida Company"). Siweida Company is the project company for the "Jiyuan City Phase I Closure and Transfer Project of Municipal Solid Waste Harmless Treatment Plant and Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Supporting Transfer Station PPP Project". The company has consulted with the higher-level authority Jiyuan City Integration Demonstration Zone Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on the proposed transfer of equity of Siweida Company, and has received a reply from Jiyuan City Integration Demonstration Zone Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau approving the company's transfer of equity of Siweida Company.
