China Life Insurance (01336) announced that on December 24, 2025, the first meeting of the ninth board of directors passed a resolution to elect Mr. Yang Yucheng as the chairman of the ninth board of directors. After the establishment of the ninth board of directors in accordance with the law, Mr. Lai Guanrong, as a director of the eighth board of directors, completed his term and resigned as a director of the company.
