Xinji Shaxi (03603) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Shaxi International Hotel Supplies City Co., Ltd., was awarded the bid in the tender process held on December 17, 2025. The final bid price for the property is RMB 3.6218 million per month (base price). As disclosed in the announcement, the payment will be made through internal resources of the group. The signing date of the lease agreement is expected to be on a business day between December 25, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
