Chongqing Three Gorges A (000565.SZ) announced that the company (Party B) and Guangzhou Industrial Control Construction Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Control Construction Development", "Party A") signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" recently in order to promote the establishment of a comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation relationship between the two parties, fully leverage the advantages of each party, focus on the application of new technologies and materials in important fields, jointly promote the commercialization and scale promotion of both parties in new business areas such as radiation cooling, and achieve simultaneous improvement in economic benefits, social benefits, and brand benefits.

(hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Control Development", "Party A") have signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" to promote the establishment of a comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation relationship, fully leverage the advantages of both parties, and focus on the application of new technologies and materials in important fields. The two parties will jointly promote the commercialization and scale promotion of new business areas such as radiation refrigeration, achieving synchronized improvement in economic benefits, social benefits, and brand benefits. The cooperation includes: Parties A and B aim to actively explore and promote the application of new technologies and materials in important fields through their respective technical and business resources, to achieve energy saving, green and low carbon goals. They will work together to promote the commercialization and scale promotion of new business areas such as radiation refrigeration and graphene coatings. Party A will provide matching application scenarios in radiation refrigeration, graphene coatings, and other new business areas to support Party B in project integration, providing resources for scene implementation, demand exploration, and scene iteration optimization throughout the entire cycle. Party B will provide full-process technical support based on the application scenarios provided by Party A, including but not limited to products such as transmissive films, reflective films, transparent coatings, photovoltaic coatings, and graphene coatings. Party B will continue to invest in research and development resources, conduct technological iteration and material innovation based on project scene requirements, and collaborate with Party A to carry out business testing and promotion, jointly helping to build core competitiveness.
