Cathay Pacific (00293) announced that following the resignation of Ma Chung-yin as the company's executive director and the appointment of Lau Tit-cheung as the company's executive director starting from December 24, 2025, the Independent Directors Committee is composed of Lau Tit-cheung, Paul Loo, Mackillop Gordon, Sun Yuk-kuen, Alan J. Smith, Tang Kin-wing, Wang Ming-yuan, Xiao Feng, David Chen, Grace Chiang, Ma Kun-to, and Wang Shao-bin, none of whom have any direct or indirect interests in the share buyback.
