Hanxi Group Holdings (00554) announced that on December 23, 2025, in accordance with the stock option plan adopted by the company on May 31, 2023, it has granted the Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and major shareholder Mr. Dai Wei (Mr. Dai) and Executive Director Mr. Zhang Lei (Mr. Zhang) (collectively referred to as the Grantees) the right to subscribe for a total of 249 million ordinary shares of the company. Of the granted stock options, the right to subscribe for 244 million shares of stock has been granted to Mr. Dai, and the right to subscribe for 5 million shares of stock has been granted to Mr. Zhang. The granted stock options must be accepted by the Grantees before they can become effective, and the grant of stock options to Mr. Dai must be approved by the shareholders at a special general meeting.
