Jianpu New Life (08360) announced that CC Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 19, 2025. The reason for the resignation is the company's inability to reach a consensus with CC Tianheng on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The board of directors further announced that, after considering the recommendations of the audit committee, the board has decided to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants LLP (Evergreen) as the company's new auditor, effective from December 23, 2025. This is to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of CC Tianheng, and the term will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
