Treasure Master Holdings (08532) announced that Ms. Lu Lili has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, chairperson of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Wen Runer has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Dr. Long Zhuohua has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairperson of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from December 22, 2025.
