Lingbao Gold (03330) announced that Mr. Chen Congfa has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from December 19, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to other personal matters. After Mr. Chen's resignation, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the Compensation and Performance Committee, nor as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
