Rainbow Chemical (300758.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 12.00% equity of Liaoning Tiancai Materials Co., Ltd. ("Tiancai Materials") held by Wang Zhiyuan with its own funds of RMB 16.8 million. After the completion of this transaction, Rainbow Material will hold 72.00% equity of Tiancai Materials. The new materials project of Tiancai Materials has currently entered the production stage.

(referred to as "Tiancai Materials") held by Wang Zhiyuan. After the completion of this transaction, Seven Color Materials will hold a 72.00% stake in Tiancai Materials. The Tiancai Materials new material project is currently in the production stage.
