The total amount of the issuance is estimated to be around HK$3.15 billion. This issuance has received positive subscriptions from at least six institutions, reflecting the market's strong confidence in the long-term value and development prospects of SenseTime Technology. According to SenseTime's announcement, the funds raised from this issuance will be used to further strengthen SenseTime's leading position in the full-stack artificial intelligence field, including: building an industry-leading AI cloud, expanding the scale of SenseTime's AI infrastructure and increasing its domestic production ratio; supporting the research and development of generative artificial intelligence and the development and commercialization of products derived from multi-modal large models; exploring the integration of AI technology in innovative vertical fields, including but not limited to the application of AI in industries such as finance and education. Recently, SenseTime has achieved breakthroughs in the co-construction of its product ecosystem. Since the start of the "SenseTime Product Release Week" on December 15th, they have released multiple product applications based on SenseTime's multi-modal large models, including the industry's first integrated creation, multi-episode generation intelligent body Seko 2.0, which is supported by the SenseTime Seko series models that have been adapted to the domestic AI chip Cambricon.
