Zhixin Group Holdings (02187) announced that the resignation of the auditor, BDO Limited (BDO), will be effective from December 17, 2025. In accordance with the recommendation of the audit committee, Crowe Horwath (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Crowe Horwath) has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from December 17, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of BDO, until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company's shareholders.
