Lotus Holdings (600186.SH) subsidiary Lianhua Zixing purchases acceleration card products and services from Company E12.

Lotus Holdings (600186.SH) announced that its subsidiary Zhejiang Lianhua Zixing Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zixing") has signed a "Product Sales Contract" with Company E. According to the agreement, Company E will provide 4000 acceleration card products and services to Zixing, with a total contract price of 200 million RMB. As per the contract, the first installment of payment for the contract is 60% of the total amount. The company has already paid the first installment of 1.2 billion RMB, but the products have not been delivered yet.
