United Meike Holdings (600167.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lhasa Lianhong Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lhasa Lianhong") signed a "Zhongcheng Lianhong Private Equity Investment Fund Fund Contract" with Zhongcheng New Urbanization Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongcheng Fund") on December 8, 2025, to invest in the Zhongcheng Lianhong Private Equity Investment Fund (referred to as "Zhongcheng Lianhong"). The fund plans to raise 104.1 million yuan, all provided by Lhasa Lianhong, with Zhongcheng Fund as the manager. The fund will mainly invest in the equity of Lhasa Zhongcheng Joint Technology Co., Ltd. (not yet established).
