Recently, the 25th China Private Equity Annual Conference was held in Shenzhen. Wondershare Technology Group (300624.SZ), a listed company on the A-share market of AIGC software, founder and chairman Wu Taibing was invited to attend the "Dialogue with CEOs: Big Trends and Opportunities in the Eyes of Entrepreneurs" roundtable forum, where he shared the company's strategies in international expansion, creative software, and AIGC, as well as insights on the transformation and opportunities in the digital creative industry in the AI era. Wondershare Technology Group founder and chairman Wu Taibing attended the "Dialogue with CEOs: Big Trends and Opportunities in the Eyes of Entrepreneurs" roundtable forum Regarding the current trend of international expansion, Wu Taibing mentioned that Wondershare Technology Group has chosen a unique development path from the beginning. "Wondershare Technology Group was one of the first software companies in China to go international. At its establishment in 2003, we explored selling software worldwide." Wu Taibing disclosed during the discussion that currently, over 90% of Wondershare Technology Group's revenue comes from overseas markets. Regarding the opportunities brought by AI in industry transformation, Wu Taibing pointed out that in the past decade, the most significant changes in the digital creative industry have been in information presentation and communication modes, entering the "video-centric" era. There are three major trends in the industry development: the video-ization of creative content, with 80% of internet traffic currently being video content, and a future shift towards VR, 3D, and other forms; the grassroots democratization of creators, with the global creator community expanding from about 50 million professional designers in the past to nearly 4 billion diverse creators and 1 billion quasi-professional users today, resulting in a growing number of creators and increasingly diverse content creation. There is a growing demand for tools for creators, as well as various needs surrounding the creator ecosystem; and the online conversion of life scenarios, with virtual spaces gradually becoming the focus of daily life for the masses, blurring the boundaries between content creation and consumption. These three trends collectively drive the evolution of the digital creative industry in the AI era, presenting structural opportunities for the industry. Wu Taibing emphasized that the creator economy empowered by AI has become a race worth paying attention to and full of potential. Wondershare Technology Group will continue to empower creators by driving digital creativity from the professional field to the general public through product innovation, technological breakthroughs, and ecosystem development, making AI more inclusive for global creators.
