BII TRANS TECH (01522) Announcement: On November 26, 2025, a serious fire occurred at Hung Fuk Court in Tai Po, Hong Kong, causing multiple casualties and significant property damage, attracting high attention from various sectors of society. The Board of Directors of our company hereby announces a donation of 1 million Hong Kong dollars to support post-disaster reconstruction efforts. Our company expresses deep condolences to our compatriots who tragically lost their lives in the fire, and extends sincere condolences to the affected families and injured individuals.
