(Shanxi Jian Tou) regarding the transfer of state-owned equity of relevant enterprises held by Shanxi Provincial State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. to the Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Shanxi State-owned Assets Commission) (Jin State-owned Property Rights [2025] No. 75). According to the document requirements, the Shanxi Provincial People's Government has decided to transfer 52.44% of the equity held by Shanxi Jian Tou by Shanxi Provincial State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. to the Shanxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Shanxi State Asset Committee) directly, as well as transferring 90% of the equity held by Shanxi Provincial State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. in Shanxi Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Shanxi Transportation) to Shanxi State-owned Assets Commission directly. Before and after this transfer, Huarong Tai Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is the direct controlling shareholder of the company, and Shanxi State-owned Assets Commission is the ultimate beneficial owner of the company. Currently, the above matters are still pending completion of the business registration procedures.
