ELEGANCEOPTICAL (00907): Luo Jiaming resigns as independent non-executive director.

ELEGANCEOPTICAL (00907) announced that Mr. Luo Jiaming has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from December 1, 2025, in order to free up more time to develop other matters. After his resignation, Mr. Luo has also ceased to serve as a member of the company's audit committee, and as chairman of the remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively. Mr. Chen Zhiwei has now become the chairman of the remuneration committee and nomination committee.
