Subsidiary of CMST Development (600787.SH) plans to invest 1.129 billion yuan in the construction of the Central Storage (Sanjiang Port) Production Service Hub Base Project (Phase I).
China National Materials Storage and Transportation Corporation (600787.SH) issued an announcement stating that in order to further enhance service capabilities and strengthen core competitiveness, its wholly-owned subsidiary, China National Materials Steel Ultra Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of the China National Materials (Sanjiang Port) Production Service Hub Project (Phase I). The total investment for the project is expected to be 1.129 billion yuan, including 500 million yuan in additional capital from China National Materials Steel Ultra Co. to establish a project company, which will be the main entity responsible for the implementation and operation of the project.
CMST Development (600787.SH) announced that, in order to further enhance service capabilities and strengthen core competitiveness, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongmu Gangchao plans to invest in the construction of the Zhongmu (Sanjiang Port) Production Service Hub Project (Phase One). The total investment of the project is expected to be 1.129 billion yuan, including 500 million yuan in additional capital from Zhongmu Gangchao to establish the project company, which will be the implementing and operating entity of the project.
The project aims to create the most competitive production service-oriented logistics hub in the central region of China, build the most dynamic manufacturing support processing service ecosystem terminal, and a large commodity multimodal transport center, becoming a benchmark park for the integrated development of modern manufacturing and logistics industries in central China, which is based in Ezhou, radiates the Wuhan metropolitan area, faces the central region of China, and connects with the major developed manufacturing regions in the country, further improving the company's warehousing and logistics network layout. The project is located in the national economic geographic center, with significant location advantages, and has futures delivery and multimodal transport functions, which will help reduce the logistics costs of the entire society, further enhance the company's core competitiveness and overall profitability.
