CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) announces that on November 26, 2025, CGN Yunnan (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and CGN Chuxiong Moding (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of CGN) entered into a framework agreement for operation and maintenance services. CGN Yunnan agreed to provide operation and maintenance services to CGN Chuxiong Moding and/or other designated persons. Entering into the operation and maintenance services framework agreement not only ensures additional income sources, but also helps to enhance the group's capabilities, expertise, and reputation in operating and maintaining wind farms, photovoltaic power stations, energy storage stations, and related projects, thereby strengthening the group's long-term competitive advantage.
