CT IND GROUP (08111) announced that on November 24, 2025, China Technology Investment and Tianxi entered into a contract, pursuant to which China Technology Investment (as the contractor) will provide EPC services to Tianxi for the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities. Under the contract, China Technology Investment (as the contractor) has agreed to provide EPC services to Tianxi for the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities located in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The EPC services under the contract include the design, construction, and installation of the relevant projects. China Technology Investment is responsible for (including) (i) designing the site engineering drawings as required by the agreement; (ii) providing charging facilities and related technical documents; (iii) performing construction according to professional standards to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; and (iv) providing progress reports and final acceptance documents. As part of the strategic plan to expand the scope of services, the company has identified the Hong Kong EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) service industry as a key area for expansion. This is due to the significant growth potential of the industry and its synergies with the company's existing operations in the new energy sector. The contract was entered into as part of the group's daily and general business processes. This marks the formal establishment of EPC services as a strategic initiative within the group's main business segment, aiming to diversify and strengthen the group's financial income base. Income from this contract will be classified under the existing New Energy Power System Integration and Power Sales business segment. The timing of this expansion is opportune, as it aligns with the increasing popularity of electric vehicles in Hong Kong, driving significant demand for related infrastructure (including electric vehicle charging facilities).
