Guangdong Construction Engineering Group (002060.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Yuan Tian Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Yuan Tian"), and Guangdong Zhensen Electric Power Design Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Zhensen"), formed a consortium (with Guangdong Yuan Tian as the lead and Guangdong Zhensen as the member) and signed the "Shenzhen Blue Jun Energy Storage Power Station Project Design and Construction General Contracting (EPC) Construction Contract" with Shenzhen Shen Shenzhen Special Cooperation Zone Blue Jun Energy Storage Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Blue Jun"). The contract amount is 1.88 billion yuan, with Guangdong Yuan Tian responsible for 1.76 billion yuan worth of engineering tasks. The contract duration is 120 days.
