On November 21, 2025, the Guangzhou International Auto Show officially opened. As the first mass-produced model of the Kunpeng Super Extended Range, the XPeng X9 Super Extended Range achieved a comprehensive range of 1602 kilometers with CLTC and a pure electric range of 452 kilometers, making it the "world's longest-range seven-seater". The new car has two versions, with the 1602 Max version priced at 309,800 yuan and the 1602 Ultra version priced at 329,800 yuan. There are also up to 60,000 yuan worth of configurations and points as limited-time gifts, as well as up to 23,500 yuan in benefits for existing owners. The XPeng X9 Super Extended Range was a hot seller upon its launch, with users recognizing the Kunpeng Super Extended Range technology. He Xiaopeng stated that in 2026, XPeng Motors will introduce a total of 7 models with super extended range configurations, covering different sub-markets. In the first quarter of 2026, 3 super extended range models will be launched. To address the pain points of the extended range market with longer pure electric range and faster 5C ultra-fast charging. Subsequently, 4 new dual-energy vehicle models will be introduced, including the first product to be launched in important sub-markets.
