SWANGCHAICHUAN (02321) announces that Mr. Yang Guangwei has tendered his resignation due to other commitments, resigning as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) authorized representative for the receipt of legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of Hong Kong, effective from November 20, 2025. Mr. Lau Wai Biu has been appointed as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative; and (iii) agent for legal process documents, all effective from November 20, 2025 to replace Mr. Yang.
