ARTINI HLDG (00789) announces that the group is expected to incur an unaudited comprehensive net loss of approximately HK$1.7 million to HK$1.8 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025, compared to an unaudited comprehensive net profit of approximately HK$1.1 million for the six months ended September 30, 2024. The fluctuation is mainly due to a one-time gain of approximately HK$9.1 million confirmed in the six months ended September 30, 2024, from the deregistration of a subsidiary, which was not obtained in the six months ended September 30, 2025. As a result, other income and loss reversed from a net profit of approximately HK$8.1 million in the six months ended September 30, 2024, to a net loss of approximately HK$1.1 million in the six months ended September 30, 2025.
