The fluctuation is mainly due to a one-time gain of approximately HK$9.1 million confirmed in the six months ended September 30, 2024, from the deregistration of a subsidiary, which was not obtained in the six months ended September 30, 2025. As a result, other income and loss reversed from a net profit of approximately HK$8.1 million in the six months ended September 30, 2024, to a net loss of approximately HK$1.1 million in the six months ended September 30, 2025.
