Fujian Forecam Optics (688010.SH) has announced that its controlling shareholder Zhongrong (Fujian) Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongrong Investment") plans to increase its shareholding in the company within 6 months from the date of this announcement through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (including but not limited to centralized bidding transactions, block trades, etc.) based on confidence in the company's future development and long-term investment value.
