BOC Aviation (02588) announced that on November 18, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, BOC Aviation (USA) Corporation and BOC Aviation (Ireland) Limited, have entered into a series of agreements with EgyptAir Holding Company and EgyptAir Airlines Company to purchase three Airbus A350-900 aircraft and lease them back to the airlines. The transaction represents a joint venture aircraft leasing activity for the company.
