YOFC (06869) announced that Mr. Guo Tao has resigned as a non-executive director and member of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to changes in his work arrangements, effective immediately from the date of this announcement. Following Mr. Guo's resignation, Mr. Guan Jingzhi has been nominated as a non-executive director. Independent non-executive director Ms. Li Changhai has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective from November 17, 2025, the date of this announcement.
