BAUHAUS INT'L (00483) announced that the following changes will take effect from November 14, 2025: Ms. Xu Meixin has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chair of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee; Ms. Chen Yongyou has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chair of the nomination committee, and a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee.
