Jiangsu Jiangnan Water (601199.SH) has announced that, in order to optimize resource allocation, improve professional expertise and operational efficiency, and enhance the company's core competitiveness, the company plans to marketize its electromechanical maintenance business to seek new development paths and growth opportunities. The company, along with its wholly-owned subsidiaries Jiangsu Jiangnan Water Municipal Engineering Jiangyin Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Municipal Engineering Company") and Jiangyin Hengtong Drainage Facility Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hengtong Drainage Company"), jointly invested in setting up "Jiangyin Runlian Technical Service Co., Ltd." The registered capital is 10 million yuan, with the company investing 5.1 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital, Municipal Engineering Company investing 3.3 million yuan, accounting for 33% of the registered capital, and Hengtong Drainage Company investing 1.6 million yuan, accounting for 16% of the registered capital.
