MINMETALS LAND(00230): Dai Pengyu appointed as acting chairman

MINMETALS LAND (00230) announced that Mr. He Jianbo has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Nomination Committee, Sustainable Development Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee of the company due to personnel rotation and succession planning arrangements of China Minmetals Group Limited, effective from November 13, 2025. Mr. He will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from November 13, 2025. Mr. Dai Pengyu, Executive Director and Managing Director of the company, has been appointed as Acting Chairman of the Board, Acting Chairman of the Executive Committee, Nomination Committee, Sustainable Development Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and authorized representative of the company, effective from November 13, 2025, until the formal appointment of a new Chairman of the Board.
