ZYBANK (01216) announced that the resolution to appoint Mr. Zhou Feng as an executive director of the third session of the board of directors was approved by the shareholders at the second extraordinary general meeting of 2025. The aforementioned appointment must be approved by the Henan regulatory bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision before it can take effect. Mr. Zhou Feng was elected as the vice chairman of the third session of the board of directors of the bank at the board meeting held on November 10, 2025. His term will start from the date of approval by the Henan regulatory bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision, and will end at the end of the term of the third session of the board of directors. He will be eligible for re-election after the expiration of his term. On November 10, 2025, the bank's staff representative assembly democratically elected Mr. Gao Baohong as the employee director of the third session of the board of directors of the bank.
