GuangDong GenSho Logistics (603813.SH) announced that in order to promote the clean transformation of the company's vehicle structure, reduce carbon emissions, and promote high-quality development, the company plans to develop business with enterprise customers with corresponding needs, seize the new green logistics track, and intends to sign a "Vehicle Purchase and Sale Contract" and supplemental agreement with Modern Automobile Hydrogen Fuel Cell System (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd ("Modern Automobile") to purchase 100 18-ton fuel cell wing-opening box trucks from Modern Automobile. The unit price including tax is 783,200 yuan per vehicle and the total price including tax for 100 vehicles is 78,320,000 yuan.
