The company plans to change its name from "Wuxi JinYang New Materials Co., Ltd." to "Wuxi JinYang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd."; change the stock abbreviation from "Wuxi JinYang New Materials" to "JinYang Precision"; and, based on the actual business needs of the company, make changes to the business scope by adding "manufacture of plastic products; manufacture and sale of bearings, gears, and transmission components". The company will also modify certain provisions of the articles of association based on the above changes.
