JIU RONG HOLD (02358) announces that, due to Guan Weixiong devoting more time to his career, Guan Weixiong has resigned from the following positions: (i) Company Secretary of the Company; (ii) Authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Exchange"); (iii) Authorized representative of the Company for acceptance of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively the "Authorized Representatives"); and (iv) Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective from October 31, 2025. Crystal Wong has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from November 1, 2025.
