CAPINFO(01075) announced that on October 31, 2025, the board of directors passed a resolution for the company to sell a total of no more than 5.4 million shares of BeiJing Certificate Authority listed stock through centralized bidding and/or block trading, representing no more than 2% of BeiJing Certificate Authority's total share capital, with an estimated value not exceeding approximately RMB 183 million (excluding transaction costs).
In recent years, the company has continued to deepen its independent innovation, increase its layout in the AI application and data operation fields to enhance its core competitiveness. The sale is made in consideration of the company's need to enhance its core capabilities, and the board believes that the sale will enable the group to realize cash resources to support the group's technology innovation, product research and development, and other investments.
